Let the games begin! At The Lab’s Game Design Camp, campers become game creators—dreaming up original board or card games and bringing them to life from scratch. Over four exciting days, they’ll explore the world of game mechanics, test and refine their ideas, and end with a real showcase where families get to play the finished creations!

Camp Highlights:

• When: Monday through Thursday — 2-hour sessions each day of creativity and play
• Learn the Rules: Explore game theory, mechanics, player dynamics, and win conditions
• Prototype Time: Build early versions using blank cards, dice, tokens, and more
• Playtest & Improve: Test each other’s games, give feedback, and refine ideas
• Final Edition: Design, decorate, and package a polished version to take home
• Game Night Showcase: Parents are invited on the final day to play and celebrate all the camper-designed games!
• Swag Included: Every camper scores an exclusive The Lab T-shirt to wear during their debut as a game designer
